Roles and Responsibilities
- Dealing and follow ups with clients- Updating the tracker regularly
- Retaining the existing clients and creating new one.
- Travel within Delhi/NCR region to meet clients in person, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
- Proposals sharing with client- Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Identify potential new clients and create strategies to acquire them.
Special Skills:
- Should be good at Excel- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be presentable and good in follow ups.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
