This role involves coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales, technical, and service teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and share catalogues with clients.

• Maintain sales records, follow-up reports, and client databases.

• Schedule meetings, demos, and factory visits for the sales team.

• Coordinate with the technical/service team for demos, installations, and order updates.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and documentation.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with customers.

• Support overall sales operations for smooth workflow
