We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team at Truway Machinery. This role involves coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales, technical, and service teams. The position offers an in-hand salary as per company standards with opportunities for growth.
Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and share catalogues with clients.
Maintain sales records, follow-up reports, and client databases.
Schedule meetings, demos, and factory visits for the sales team.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for demos, installations, and order updates.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and documentation.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with customers.
Support overall sales operations for smooth workflow
