KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle export sales inquiries from international customers.
- Communicate with overseas clients through email, phone and other business channels.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and coordinate customer orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production updates and shipment schedules.
- Assist with export documentation and shipping coordination.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and export-related records.
- Identify potential international markets and support new business development.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of export sales procedures and international customer coordination.
- Basic understanding of export documentation and shipping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple inquiries and orders efficiently.
