We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / B2B Sales & WhatsApp Executive (Wholesale Jewellery) to join our team at Alex Jewellery. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Job Responsibilities
Contact leads received from websites, social media, trade portals, exhibitions, and other sources.
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and phone enquiries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry collections.
- Share product catalogues, videos, and live stock.
- Convince customers to place bulk orders.
- Follow up regularly until the order is confirmed.
- Explain our manufacturing capabilities.
- Inform customers that custom jewellery can be manufactured from their own designs or reference images, subject to minimum order quantities.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding custom requirements.
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports.
- Build long-term relationships with wholesale customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
