Sales Coordinator & Executive

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a male Sales Coordinator & Executive with a polished personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. Candidates with experience in the hospitality, luxury retail, premium service, hotel, or upscale customer-facing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers and provide a premium, personalised experience.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets and gifting solutions.

• Coordinate sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with the store, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Manage walk-in customers and assist with product presentations.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

• Ensure excellent service standards and professional client handling.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  

Requirements

• Male candidate with a well-groomed and presentable personality.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, luxury retail, premium customer service, or a similar industry preferred.

• Confident and comfortable interacting with high-value clients.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Customer-focused, responsible, and proactive.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, luxury retail, premium sales, customer service, or a similar field.
