Sales Coordinator / Executive

Sales Coordination & Execution Support

• Support the Sales Head and sales team in day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and action tracking
• Ensure timely closure of dependencies impacting sales delivery
• Coordinate internal workflows related to: RFQs and enquiries
• Customer trials and approvals
• Price requests and deviations
• Order processing support

Sales Operations & MIS

• Prepare and maintain sales MIS, trackers, and dashboards (weekly/monthly)
• Track and report: Sales targets vs. achievements Pipeline status Project / key account updates
• Share structured reports for leadership review and drive follow-up actions

Pipeline & Opportunity Tracking

• Maintain sales pipeline trackers for industrial / project business
• Monitor stages including RFQs, trials, approvals, and order conversions
• Follow up with sales and technical teams on status updates and delays

Commercial & Documentation Support

• Assist in preparation of: Sales proposals and quotations; Price comparison sheets
• Approval notes and internal documentation
• Coordinate with Finance for credit limits, pricing approvals, and documentation

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with: Sales & Technical teams (trials, product support) Sales & SCM/Operations (availability, delivery timelines)
• Sales & Finance (pricing, billing, collections support)
• Support Marketing team with inputs for industrial segment initiatives, presentations, and collaterals

Process & System Support

• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM / sales tracking tools
• Drive adherence to sales processes, reporting formats, and review cadence
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for smoother execution
