Key Responsibilities

● Handle telecalling to prospective & existing customers.

● Maintain accurate data entry & sales records.

● Draft & send emails to customers and follow up.

● Support the sales team with basic sales coordination.

● Assist in lead generation & customer query handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

● 1–2 years' experience in telecalling/sales support.

● Good data entry & computer/email skills.

● Basic sales & customer handling skills.

● Clear communication and pleasant telephone manner.

● Well organized and proactive.
