Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and technical/commercial documents.
Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for product selection and solution design.
Assist in preparing presentations, demo materials, and tender documents.
Conduct follow-ups on pending quotations and proposals.
Support sales executives in lead qualification and requirement gathering.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
Track sales orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Maintain and update CRM / sales databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up with customers for payment, PO, and documentation.
Ensure timely communication between internal departments and clients.
