Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports
Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into CRM/ERP systems
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing, operations) to fulfill orders
Track sales performance, targets, and pipeline activity
Maintain customer records and update databases
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
Assist in planning sales meetings, presentations, and events
Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability to the sales team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
