We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Houston System Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and managing schedules. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling inquiries, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations.

• Coordinate and process orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Track sales targets and follow up with clients on leads and opportunities.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of sales activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Previous experience in sales coordination or related roles is a plus.
