Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager with 2–4 years of experience in the hardware
industry. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, managing dealer and distributor relationships,
generating new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
● Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
● Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activities.
● Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
● Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
● Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
● Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and branding initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● 2–4 years of experience in hardware sales or related industry.
● Good understanding of dealer/distributor sales channels.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
● Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
