We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, coordinate with clients, and support business development activities in the Audio Visual (AV) integration domain.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & databases
Understand client requirements related to AV solutions (Video Conferencing, Display Solutions, Audio Systems, Control Systems, etc.)
Coordinate with technical/pre-sales team for BOQs and proposals
Follow up on quotations and close sales opportunities
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
Schedule meetings for field sales team
Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, education institutes, and IT companies
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of AV/IT products (Projectors, LED walls, VC systems, etc.) preferred
Strong follow-up and closing ability
CRM knowledge preferred
Confident, presentable, and proactive attitude
Lead conversion ratio
Revenue target achievement
Client follow-up efficiency
