The Sales Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to
ensure smooth sales processes, timely order execution, and excellent customer service. The role
involves coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and
assisting customers with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Process customer orders and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for order fulfilment.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in Finsys/ERP systems.
Track sales orders, deliveries, and payments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customers inquiries through sales mkt dept.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Order processing accuracy.
Turnaround time for quotations and documentation.
Sales report accuracy and timeliness.
Customer satisfaction.
Support provided to the sales team in achieving targets.
