About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into confirmed interior design projects.
This role involves client coordination, follow-ups, proposal discussions, and supporting the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial interior projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the complete sales cycle and effectively manage it to drive revenue.
Generate leads through platforms like IndiaMART and other sources.
Create quotations and proposals for clients.
Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to identify potential clients.
Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with the design team for client requirements and project discussions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Use CRM tools or internal systems for lead tracking and sales management.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role (interior/design industry preferred).
Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Experience in quotation creation and lead generation via platforms like IndiaMART.
Proficiency in cold calling and cold emailing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
