•About the Role
Vistas Vibes LLP is looking for a result-driven Sales Coordinator & Lead Generation Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, building relationships with B2B clients, and managing the end-to-end sales coordination for our premium Urbania fleet.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, professional networking (LinkedIn), and targeted email campaigns.
· Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their travel requirements and offering tailored solutions.
· Sales Coordination: Manage the booking lifecycle from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our operations team.
· Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
· Market Positioning: Present the unique value propositions of our fleet to corporate travel desks, event organizers, and luxury tour operators.
· Reporting: Track daily activities and provide weekly updates on lead status, conversion metrics, and market feedback.
Candidate Profile
· Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Coordination or B2B Lead Generation (Experience in the travel, transport, or hospitality industry is highly preferred).
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking software.
· Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and multitasking abilities.
· Mindset: A proactive self-starter who is comfortable working towards monthly targets.
