JD for Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and support the sales team

• Act as a liaison between clients, sales executives, production to ensure timely order processing and delivery

• Handle client inquiries, product information and order updates via phone, email to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and pricing for technical products; ensure accuracy and timely submission to clients.

• Schedule meetings and customer visits for sales team.

• Support end-to-end customer service including follow-ups on payments, delivery schedules, and post-sales support.

• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Candidate from Manufacturing Industry or Trading Industry.

· Candidate should stay at minimum distance of 40 to 45 min from our office.

Salary

· 25 to 30k per month, Female

Timings

· 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
