The Sales Coordinator – Industrial Sales will support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of industrial orders. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of industrial products, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Share product catalogs, technical details, and pricing information.
Maintain strong relationships with OEM and industrial clients.
Resolve customer queries related to delivery, documentation, and billing.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation.
Maintain database of customers, pricing, and sales records.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / BBA
2–5 years experience in industrial sales coordination.
Experience in automation, machinery, electrical, or engineering products preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in OEM sales support.
Knowledge of industrial pricing structures.
Ability to read basic technical specifications.
