Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator (preferably female) to support the sales team in managing sales operations, coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth internal communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong coordination skills and be comfortable handling administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day sales operations
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, presentations and maintain sales records
- Handle client communication regarding orders, follow-ups and inquiries
- Coordinate between sales, accounts, logistics and other internal departments
- Track sales targets, orders, dispatches and payment status
- Maintain customer database and update CRM/ERP systems regularly
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and invoices
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups and sales appointments
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents
- Support management with data analysis and sales performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM or sales management software is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support role (preferred)

- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
