Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Researching, vetting, negotiating with, and maintaining relationships with suppliers for best pricing and quality.

• Order Processing: Preparing purchase documents, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.

• Inventory & Supply Chain: Managing inventory, ensuring stock levels, and coordinating logistics to meet sales demands.

• Coordination: Liaising between sales, operations, and external vendors to align procurement with sales targets.

• Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends and new products/services.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations. 

Essential Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for tracking. 

Role in Sales & Procurement:

• Sales Support: Ensures sales teams have the necessary products or materials to fulfill customer orders.

• Cost Optimization: Secures favorable terms and prices, directly impacting profitability.

• Efficiency: Streamlines the process from identifying a sales need to getting the product delivered.
