Coordinate with customers, sales team, and logistics for order processing and delivery follow-up.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain customer database and update order tracking sheets.
Follow up with clients for payments, dispatch details, and pending orders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and other related documentation.
Support the field sales team with lead updates, scheduling, and communication.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch and stock status.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and order status.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and coordination.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in building materials, water tanks, or related products.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, CRM entry).
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
