Sales Co-ordinator

Order & Distributor Coordination

Coordinate with distributors regarding order requirements and dispatch schedules.

Follow up with distributors for new orders and pending order confirmations.

Handle communication related to payment follow-ups and order status updates.

Maintain proper records of received orders and customer communications.

Dispatch & Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with the dispatch team and drivers for timely and successful delivery of orders.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time dispatch of materials.

Resolve delivery-related issues by coordinating with drivers and logistics staff.

Production Coordination

Coordinate with the production team to ensure order readiness as per dispatch schedules.

Share order priorities and delivery timelines with the production department.

Transportation & Driver Records

Maintain records of diesel and CNG usage for company vehicles.

Track driver trip details, route information, and trip incentives.

Prepare and maintain transportation expense reports.

Inventory & Return Material Management

Maintain records of returned materials and damaged goods.

Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for inventory updates.

Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and inventory maintenance.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

Maintain accurate data and records related to orders, dispatch, inventory, and transportation.

Ensure all logistics documentation is properly updated and filed.
