Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution.
Track sales orders from inquiry to delivery.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.
Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and coordination.
