Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing product information and addressing inquiries related to solar solutions.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, cold calls, and promote solar products/services.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
Coordinate between customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups until closure.
Support marketing campaigns and handle telemarketing activities when required.
Track sales targets and report daily/weekly updates to the Sales Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong telecalling and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of solar products (preferred but not mandatory).
Good computer proficiency – MS Office, Excel, CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Team player with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
