Job Summary:

Telawne Power Equipments Pvt Ltd. is looking for a Back-End Technical Coordinator for our Transformer Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, service documentation, customer communication, and supporting field service operations to ensure smooth execution of service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with service engineers for daily service schedules and updates.
• Prepare quotations, service reports, technical documents, and customer records.
• Handle customer communication regarding service requirements and updates.
• Maintain MIS, service data, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution.
• Track pending service activities and ensure timely closure.
• Support the service team with technical and administrative coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Transformer Industry / Electrical Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Good technical understanding of transformers and electrical equipment.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, ERP, and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Experience:

3 to 6 Years (Preferred in Transformer / Electrical Industry)
