We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing quotations, pricing, stock availability, and order dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage quotations, price revisions, and order acknowledgements.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
Issue and track courier dispatch instructions to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and payment requests.
Assist in drafting professional business communications (emails, WhatsApp messages, etc.).
Support the sales team in customer follow-ups, clarifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pending orders, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or supply chain.
Strong communication skills (formal email drafting and customer interaction).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of industrial/technical products (preferred but not mandatory).
