Location: Sunpura, Near Vaidpura, Greater Noida West

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (As per Interview)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through effective customer communication, data management, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, sales support, Excel reporting, and professional email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and sales representatives regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Conduct telecalling activities for lead generation and customer engagement.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.

Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams.

Track order status and ensure timely coordination with production and dispatch teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.

Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Support management with data analysis and administrative sales functions.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in telecalling and customer handling.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting preferred).

Professional email drafting and correspondence skills.

Data management and record-keeping.

Sales coordination and follow-up management.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.

Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
