Key Responsibilities:
Maintain billing tracking and reporting sheets to ensure accurate sales operations.
Create client WhatsApp groups, send greetings, and share handbooks to enhance client engagement.
Monitor all client communication channels to ensure smooth interactions and follow-ups.
Prepare and distribute quotations accurately, ensuring timely client responses.
Track equipment divisions (Dumbbell & Plate) and ensure timely delivery.
Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding dues.
Prevent lead clashes by monitoring allocation among sales staff.
Collect daily tele caller reports and maintain proper documentation.
Record walk-in clients and client visits for accurate tracking.
Identify and track new arrivals of equipment to support sales operations.
Share Minutes of Meetings (MOM) after sales meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Assist with CRM software implementation, updates, and process adherence.
Handle hotel bookings for clients when required.
Create presentations for sales meetings and ensure timely communication of software updates and process changes.
