CTC (Annually): ₹4,00,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator – Operations to support our industrial sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environments such as mechanical, chemical, automobile, rubber, plastic, or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between the sales team, production, dispatch, and customers

Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules

Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases

Ensure timely order processing and execution

Support sales team in achieving targets through operational coordination

Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and post-sales coordination

Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting

Coordinate with logistics and accounts departments for smooth operations

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience in industrial / B2B sales coordination

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Basic understanding of industrial products and processes

Industry Preference:

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

Mechanical / Chemical / Automobile / Rubber / Plastic / Industrial Products / Manufacturing
