Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on daily work.

• Follow up with clients, distributors, and buyers.

• Follow up for pending payments.

• Coordinate dispatches and logistics whenever required.

• Keep track of orders and ensure smooth communication between all teams.

• Make regular phone calls and follow-ups to ensure work is completed on time.

• Handle multiple coordination tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is organized and good at managing multiple tasks.

• Is confident and proactive in following up.

• Can be firm and persistent whenever required.

• Has good communication and coordination skills.

• Is comfortable working both from home and from the office.

• Can travel to our Andheri West office in Versova.

• Is willing to travel within or outside the city, if required for work.

Eligibility

• Graduate (any stream).

• Good spoken Hindi and English.

• Marathi speaking is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) is preferred.

• Prior experience in sales coordination or office coordination will be an advantage.
