Key Responsibilities:
Telesales (Primary Role):
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Sales Coordination (Support Role):
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Coordinate with clients regarding order processing and delivery updates
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Assist the sales team in tracking targets and performance
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations)
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales coordination
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong phone etiquette and customer handling ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
