CRM Coordinator (Mid-Level Experience)
We are looking to hire a mid-level CRM Coordinator who can efficiently manage and update our CRM system. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage leads accurately in the CRM.
Keep lead information and records updated at all times.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Generate and maintain reports as required.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM.
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM management or coordination.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
