Job Summary

Megaaudio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage client communication, and ensure smooth execution of orders. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients

• Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships

• Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and documentation

• Track orders, dispatch status, and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production)

• Support lead generation and business development activities

• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving processes

 Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Basic understanding of sales cycle and CRM tools

 Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales
