Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM software and lead management platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and similar B2B portals.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate daily sales activities to support the sales team.
· Handle inbound leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website inquiries, and other lead generation platforms.
· Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and business potential before assigning them to the sales team.
· Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
· Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
· Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, and customer communication.
· Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Monitor lead response time and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
· Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
· Strong working knowledge of CRM software.
· Experience in qualifying and managing leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other B2B lead portals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Lead Management, or Customer Support.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience in B2B sales coordination, preferably in Industrial, Safety, PPE, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
· Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
