Follow up with customers for new inquiries and maintain regular communication.
Manage and document all follow-up calls and emails in the ERP system.
Prepare and send offers/quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Coordinate internally to qualify sales orders and get them approved and signed by the HOD.
Update and maintain customer records, inquiries, and order status in ZOHO CRM.
Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and performance updates.
Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination between departments.
