Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and support the sales team in daily operations.

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer records.

Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain accurate sales data using Excel and other computer applications.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.

Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

Assist in lead generation and customer database management.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.

Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
