The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling coordination activities, order processing, client communication, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.
Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery status
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client databases
Track order status from order receipt to dispatch
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates
Support sales team with documentation and reporting
Ensure all sales-related documents are accurate and up to date
