सेल्स को-ऑर्डिनेटर

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be the backbone of our Sales Department. The role involves coordination between Sales, Production, Logistics & Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Processing

•⁠ ⁠Receive and process orders from Dealers, Distributors & Sales Team.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Orders.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate pricing as per PV, Discount Schemes, and approvals.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Production & Stores for material availability and dispatch planning.

2. Sales Team Support

•⁠ ⁠Daily coordination with field Sales Executives and Area Managers.

•⁠ ⁠Provide sales reports, pending order status, and stock statements.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in achieving monthly closing targets.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain customer database and follow-up sheet.

3. Customer & Dealer Coordination

•⁠ ⁠Handle dealer/distributor queries via phone/email regarding orders, billing, delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Share dispatch details, LR, E-way bills, and invoices.

•⁠ ⁠Handle complaints and escalate to concerned departments.

4. Billing & Documentation

•⁠ ⁠Coordination with Accounts for timely billing and ledger reconciliation.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all sales documents – PO, GST, Challans, etc. are in place.

•⁠ ⁠Manage Price List, Scheme circulars, and communicate to team.

5. MIS & Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports.

•⁠ ⁠Track monthly targets vs achievements.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain MIS for Sales, Collections, and Outstanding.

Skills & Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠2-5 years experience as Sales Coordinator / Inside
