Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Assist in managing and processing customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Track and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with current clients, acting as the point of contact for inquiries and order status updates.
Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Data and Reporting:
Maintain sales data, prepare reports, and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
Prepare sales forecasts and assist in tracking sales KPIs.
Communication:
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and events with clients and sales team members.
Ensure all sales documentation is up to date and correctly filed.
Order Processing:
Ensure accurate order entry into the system, confirming product availability, delivery schedules, and pricing.
Work with the finance team to assist with invoicing and payment processing.
Customer Service:
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify any further business opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Coordination:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
Coordinate sales campaigns and track their progress.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
