We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should be able to motivate the team, achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet targets
Set daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and ensure achievement
Monitor individual and team performance
Handle customer queries and follow-ups when needed
Help generate new leads and build client relationships
Prepare regular sales reports for management
Train and upskill new and existing sales staff
Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA/Sales background preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and team handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is a plus
