Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Preferably candidates residing nearby the office location
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Marital Status: Married Candidates Preferred
Experience: 3 to 6+ Years in Sales Coordination / Customer Handling / Lead Management
Job Responsibilities:
Manage front office and reception activities professionally.
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
Manage and respond to leads generated through platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Facebook, and Instagram.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
Maintain lead records, customer databases, and daily follow-up reports.
Handle social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Support management with sales-related administrative activities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation portals.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Compensation & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Performance Incentive:
On achieving ₹4,00,000+ monthly sales target, an additional incentive of ₹3,000 will be provided.
Candidates exceeding the target significantly will be eligible for higher incentive earnings based on performance.
