Job Description for Sales Co-ordinator
• Monitor the Actual Performance against the Conditions of the Approved Promotion Scheme Form.
• Monthly Coordinating and monitoring of the Promotion Scheme and invoices from Dealers updating the same and confirming the Special Price Approval Form.
• Implementing CRM system for the sales division and resolving queries with the vendor.
• Preparing and coordinating for Agreements for Film Consumption.
• Monitoring Daily Activity of CR/DR & USG Employees and checking / verification of Attendance.
• Preparing visitors list post-conference.
• Maintain demo tracking equipment sheet and closing stock related issues wrt same on quarterly basis in coordination with accounts and logistics
• Digital Marketing activity monitoring, sharing, and reviewing control in support of the sales team.
• Preparation of brochure and website designing in coordination with application team for data and vendors.
• Handling social media channels such as What’s App, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc. and Coordinating with the vendor for new updates and new product introductions.
• Handling queries or leads from social media channels and following up for better prospects.
• Other ad-hoc projects as per HOD.
