Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support our sales team in achieving targets and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for order processing and delivery timelines
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Track sales targets and generate performance reports
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve basic issues
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Ensure timely processing of orders, invoices, and payments
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
