We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage client communication, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process. The ideal candidate should be strong in coordination, communication, documentation, and ERP software handling.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team, clients, and internal departments for order processing
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and MIS
Maintain accurate records in ERP / Excel
Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and order status
Handle email communication and phone inquiries
Support sales executives with scheduling, meetings, and documentation
Track sales targets and performance metrics
Assist with generating leads and customer follow-ups when required
Required Skills
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of sales processes
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
Problem-solving and time-management skills
Experience with ERP tools is an added advantage
Qualifications: BTech / Any relevant field
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Admin/Support roles
