Job Responsibilities -
1. Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
2. Advanced MS Office expertise, including PowerPoint, Advanced Excel (data analysis & cleaning), and Word.
3. Efficiently manage schedules and appointments for internal teams and external partners.
4. Organize and maintain documentation across legal, procurement, and medical categories.
5. Handle and update project-related data accurately and timely.
6. Act as a liaison between staff, relevant organizations, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination.
7. Coordinate mail-shots and other publicity tasks as required.
8. Process and log invoices and expenses, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
9. Collaborate with the accounts team for payment clearance and follow-ups.
10. Submit invoices and route them for managerial approval.
11. Facilitate expense approvals on behalf of the supervising manager.
12. Provide timely internal project updates
13. Coordinate team travel arrangements and tour plans
14. Manage leave requests and ensure attendance regularization
15. Maintain comprehensive project documentation
