Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location : Malad (West), Mumbai
Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a related field A fresher is also fine.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers via phone calls, emails, and chats.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Graduation or Master’s degree is required.
knowledge of AI tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes.
Prepare and maintain sales orders, work orders, quotations, and other related documentation.
Manage sales orders from receipt through execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.
Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery commitments.
Monitor and update sales order status, manage inventory levels, and analyse performance metrics.
Provide effective customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
