📌 Sales Coordinator – (Surat)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat

🕑 Experience: Min. 2 years in Sales/Marketing/Coordination

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across departments. The role involves assisting with quotations, order confirmations, and daily follow-ups, while coordinating between sales, factory, accounts, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Track orders from placement to dispatch and ensure timely delivery

🔹 Handle client inquiries, payment reminders, and order status updates

🔹 Maintain accurate sales records, POs, invoices, and delivery notes

🔹 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards

🔹 Support showroom coordination, meetings, and promotional campaigns

🔹 Use CRM/Excel systems for lead and sales tracking

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Hands-on experience in sales support or marketing

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

✔ Detail-oriented with good knowledge of reporting tools
