Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales-related documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Generate sales reports and assist management with sales analysis.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support.
