Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations, dispatches, delivery schedules and payments.

Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, reports and other sales documentation.

Follow up with customers for order confirmations, pending requirements and delivery updates.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups.

Handle routine customer queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned departments.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, order status reports and MIS.

Track pending orders and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers.

Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, price comparisons and other customer-related documents.

Maintain good professional relationships with existing customers.

Attend occasional client meetings along with senior sales personnel and assist with customer coordination.

Support the sales team in other day-to-day activities as required.

Candidate Profile

Female candidate with good communication and coordination skills.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing would be an advantage.

2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Sales Administration / Customer Coordination.

Experience in automobile, auto components, manufacturing or engineering industries will be preferred.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Should be organized, detail-oriented and good at follow-ups.

Should have a professional approach while dealing with customers.

Comfortable attending occasional client meetings when required.
