Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage B2B accounts in the budget signage industry. The role involves day-to-day coordination of sales activities, MIS maintenance, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales teams, and internal management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day activities and coordination of assigned sales accounts
Maintain proper MIS and generate reports for clients and internal management
Prepare quotations, track orders, and follow up with clients on approvals and payments
Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
Support sales team in achieving targets and resolving client escalations
Ensure documentation, client communication, and records are accurate and up-to-date
Job Specification:
MBA / Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Structural) / Architect (B.Arch)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong willingness and zeal to learn
High IQ and problem-solving ability
3–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or related profile
Willingness to travel as needed
Key Skills:
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
