Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. This role involves managing leads, coordinating site visits, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to sales inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with clients for site visits and maintain visit schedules.
Support sales executives in following up with potential buyers and leads.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts.
Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and inventory availability.
Liaise with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales closures.
Follow up on client documentation and payment schedules.
Assist in organizing property launches, events, and promotional activities.
Provide excellent post-sales support and address client concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Prior experience in a real estate company or sales coordination role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Professional attitude with customer-first mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA compliance.
Familiarity with real estate project life cycles and terminology.
Experience with real estate CRMs like Sell.do, Salesforce, or similar.
